Forget NTA, It's hard to believe these guys right now, how could you agree with their valuations? The book value of assets (especially here) may have little relation to true value IMO.
My generally consensus is SP below NTA = losing money and/or over valued assets.
I could well be wrong, but instinct tells me it's one of the two.
