Whenever anyone tell tells me that something or other only costs me so many cents per day, I am immediately reminded of the well known advertising technique, utilised by the advertising industry, that something or other a company is trying to sell will that only cost me so many 'cents per day', without ever mentioning the total cost of the product thereof. It is timely to be reminded of the old, and very true saying:
'You can fool people some of the time, but you can't fool all of the people all of the time.
