time will tell

timelines of approvals are really out of vcr's control. so far all is looking good but still high risk at this stage. that's why sp is always reteating quickly after gains.
it will be interesting how many holders take up the 80c shares. my guess is about 10 million shares... and would get really interesting if + ann within the next 3 weeks...
ps: sp gained 53% on last placement of 78c
