Interesting post by you over on WPL forum indicating that WPL's transition to development lead and operatorship of SNE is well underway. The fact that such a statement has made it to an investor briefing is significant and as a result I cannot imagine that it would be untrue or ambiguous; if it were then it would be disastrous for WPL management.
