I'm wondering if the timing of said placement with AGM this Friday gives Mgt the option to up the placement after receiving orders/payments over coming days ???
Ie. If SH's are prepared to stump up a combined $2-3M can they take it and it comes out of the 10% placement/AGM resolution ? Obviously this means further dilution but anyone who is familiar with the rules/guidelines of SPP's I'd be keen to know if they are allowed to do that?
