- there was a history of 2 fishing works done in the mid 2006 which never been reported.

- the drilling pipe got stuck and reported to UDOGM on th 28/11/2006 but only released as an offical announcement on 5/12/2006.

- from the fact that the test flow's a 1/3 way through on 24/5/07, the DST failure must have happened at around 12~15/5/2007 delayed the testing for almost 2 weeks. but it wasn't reported until the 24/5/2007.

- the lawsuit is filed on the 23/5/2007. should have been released to the market on 24th or 25th of May even taking the time difference into account.


and you still saying we shouldn't complain about it? don't like the conspiracy theory. but above are facts.
