this is the first time PA has been with Jerko in China.
Investors who understand stuff know how big this is but I'll add a bit more.

Right now PA is the owner of AGY's Rincon project. He's there to sign things...he's not flying back and forth and setting-up STAGE 2.

The Chinese are respectful people.
They have PA flying in from South American.
Jerko the boss flying in from Australia.
ML is there and the Chinese are telling him that they want lithium. Well, here it is. If they don't do a deal...this wouldn't look good on the Chinese. Plus, the party leaders would have some questions...You did DD for a month+...then had these men fly in from around the world and you DIDN'T CLOSE??!!

About PA.
8-10 years ago most of the worlds Lithium supply came from Brine. (Yes, hard rock is taking over the world bla,bla) except... Brine was the only game in town for 40 years!

There were ONLY 3 companies doing it on a large scale SQM, ALB and FMC.

FMC got most of it's Brine for Argentina and 1 man was in-charge of that operation.

Pablo Alurralde (PA)

PA is one of the grandfathers of Lithium mining.

We all heard and it was confirmed that the Chinese tried and FAILED to pouch PA.

What you didn't know is why...
I've been luck enough to make contact with a few ppl. in the lithium industry while I've been doing my research. One story I heard and I have no reason not to believe is...

The head of one of China's top 3 battery makers knows and respects PA very well. They recently said they'd be happy to write PA a blank check to do anything he wants re-lithium. No DD, no figuring out a deal...just PA saying he's going to do something and the Chinese trusting him. The problem is that company is that company is currently tied up with others.

You can bet that word has spread...thanks to our paid in-house birdy...that PA is in China and he's with AGY looking to close a Lithium deal.
