So EMR put an Investor Presentation out which basically says they are going out raising capital to build the mine.
With this raise will be a lot of investor meetings going face to face to work a deal. The end result will be you will become an owner of a shiny new gold mine capable of returning 100,oo0 oz of gold for the next 7 years.

Now part of the raising may well be a capital restructure, the share price may drift while everything gets set for the offering...unsettling but has to be done.

Personally im happy being on this side of the deal as those in first generally stand to make the most returns.
