I doubt they would have a TH just for the U deal, that will play second fiddle to the well results, Sunday night in Utah lift of TH maybe tomorrow morning imo.
Results re well and maybe a uranium anns kicked in with it.
Regarding the law suit..............company told me a couple of weeks ago that they were fighting to get their money back that was lost due to the pipe issue, around 4mill was mentioned as a damages amount due to lost time, extra costs blah blah, however it seems to me the pipe comp dont agree it was faulty and have gone on the attck to get their money, hope it doesnt become a strung out exercise for GDN, if the wells have good gas and commercial then might be advisable just to pay the $950k and move on, lawyers fees can be massive as we all know so best to pay and go maybe.
Anyway good luck with the wells and flows, hopefully a good result coming in soon, ive been quietly playing on RRS and still doing well, might come back to GDN once results are out.
