I think you will find ML was aiming to be in and out as quick as possible. I would say he was probably working on under 6 months to build team and strike ultimately best deal with chineese and walk away a champion back to his Airguide co.
When some of these pre management issues have been brought to light it would have derailed his original plans timing possibly by 3-4 months.
So you may or may not get a straight forward answer you are seeking.
