This view is at odds with the Chinese Governments program of massive rural infastructure development now being planned. Remember, Jinchuan who now produce (2006) 100000 tonnes nickel have been told to provide betwenn 3-400000 tonnes early next decade.

Problem is not the strength of the Chinese economy, it is-is their enough raw material to satisfy Chinas demands!
