agree. but at end of the day trf has almost zilch. its hard ot justify paying $1 for trf...they simply STUFFED it, shareholders who OWN the iron ore assets are being asked to fork out another $1(1+1= $2) for iron clad...and even then may not get much shareholding due to SCALE BACK, so they may end up with far far less interest than in TRF...so those large shareholders have figured it out and are dumping
