Just was thinking about the responses by 5crown and F. Fred. This does actually reduce the odds of a crap raise being required, as the banks would be inclined to add on a bit of interest possibly, or a fee, but will look through a poor season. Used to do commercial lending - but not in the Ag sector, but it was common for lending policies to add back one offs for serviceability calcs where it was sensible and believable and able to be verified somewhat independently.
So bought some of the extras I planned to buy on any crap raise dip - just in case. Such method in my madness!
