Let us expect for the relisting on or around 31 May 2017 and the board completing CR of $5.6 million immediately and listing of those 5.6 million shares on 12th June 2017 which has nothing to do with current shareholders. We should be grateful that ERJ has survived.

Did you read the notice of meeting on 27 March 2017, page 8, point 3.2 in regard to resolutions which have been approved by AGM on 28th April 2018.

The issuance of 5.6 million new shares at 0.001 is part of DOCA with the following allocation:

In respect to the Capital Raising, as at the date of this Notice, it is intended that ECM and its associates (being the "ECM Parties" (refer to Section 5.1) will subscribe for up to 3,900,000,000 Shares (each at an issue price of $0.001) with the remaining 1,700,000,000 Shares (each at an issue price of $0.001) being subscribed for by third party investors (retail, professional and sophisticated) procured by ECM.
