Sure , if that was the only problem with this legal action. EBIT of $100m on turnover of $4.4B . CSO wholesalers need volume to generate EBIT , and as CW is SIG largest customer by far , if they change wholesalers this will have a massive effect in SIG NPAT. Div will cease also imo.
