Big investors don't risk millions on a fickle legal outcome like PE. The value is in the 13.5% and may not be recognised by the market for a few years. A reliable way to get rich is recognise an undervalued company, get set, and then wait.
Listening to the Woodside presentation last night my impression is that PC thinks he can bring in first oil before 2021.
I hope FAR is still there then.
