I cant understand the course of sales. It would have been easy to engineer the close lower but instead it was maintained at the same price as the last two closes. Is it meant to appear or in fact be distribution?. From algo perspective, it looked like drip feeding the buy queue. someone's happy to buy at 53, and someone else is intent on selling at no less than 53 hence the stop being set at 53.5.
Does someone more knowledgeable understand the rationale of the action or is it not possible to infer any intent or strategy?
