Burmese zinc - what do we think?

i noticed this company today

they sure make it hard work, announcing all kinds of resource tonnage & grades

don't even do a trading halt and make announcements while i was cooking lunch  

so what do we think?

1. AUD$27M for 85% to 80% interest, which based on my personal calculation at 4. below has in-situ value of $8B (for an 80% interest of 11Mt @ 35% zinc equivalent)

2. the headline deposit numbers from 1938 of around 52.7% zinc equivalent are obviously irrelevant

3. the open-pit potential of the halo resource is at 11% zinc max or 8.5% zinc min

4. the loads appear (certainly not clear information) to add up to 11Mt @ 35% zinc equivalent, using the following info & picture:
