Come now Al99, are you suggesting publicly listed companies cannot gather data from shareholders to help inform decisions?
Of course new information cannot be provided in the process, such that some shareholders received it, and others didn't. It would have to be intelligently considered to ensure ASX guidelines are maintained.
I would imagine a consultant could facilitate the process, say someone like Origin Securities...
