    Interesting - thanks for sharing the info...they must hv engaged a firm to do it....I got many calls from a similar firm when MacMahon was under a hostile takeover from the now Spanish group CIMIC group (ex Leightons )....I got calls from both sides..it was pretty clear that the lowball offer from CIMIC was not going to get even close.
