Sorry but adding a copy of the ACTUAL patent PA has is incredible!
First off, I'd assume that the fact FMC hasn't re-newed it but PA has. (I think there are actually 3 patents around this process)
If Jerko is pushing these in a actually prez...that means AGY REALLY has something the others don't.
Why this is excited is it means PA can do 3 possible things:
-Process the brine FASTER!
-Process the brine CHEAP, by using a more effective process.
-And the most important. Produce a high battery grade LCE. Maybe 99.9+% or higher
The higher the grade the closer to get to LCE prices of $20,000-$25,000 and if he can get cost down under 3k? Good lord!

Ask Jerko what the grade of LCE PA has a "reasonable" chance of producing?
ORE seems to produce 50% battery grade and the rest industrial grade which looks to be getting less then $8k a ton.
Will all of PA's finial product be 99.8+% battery grade?
I'm NOW REALLY looking forward to the AGM prez and this probably explains the buying today and word got out.
AGY could manage other mines for $$ and take a cut of the gross. I'm now thinking I get these QL rumors that NEVER seem to go away and the fact that out MD and PA is now 200km from that Lake in China.
