As I understand it - Any attempt to gain control of the coy whilst it is solvent requires FCW to agree....
Since QIN have plenty of coin in the till and plenty of assets nearing harvest as well as established markets with strong demand as well as product development of pharma products seems to me that for any fair minded observer the coy has a bright future albeit with some mgt failures relating to disclosure and governance.
So I am quite content to wait for 7 June or longer and have no plans to reduce my holdings in this stock for a considerable time.
