No that is not a valid assumption. I repeatedly state that I am not an expert. I simply attempt to apply the law to the known facts and/or assumed probable facts in a logical and rational manner. My reference to @Tran and @mainholm simply points to their arguments as being compelling and deeply logical.
The point I'm making is that many here have thrashed out a number of the legal issues and through argument and counter-argument we have satisfied ourselves that MZN's claim is very weak.
