- Yancoal Australia made Tag-along Offer to HVOR on to acquire participating interest
- Offer to acquire participating interest fulfilling relevant obligations under spa and hvo jv agreement with a price of US$710 million
- If HVOR accepts Tag-along Offer, Yancoal Australia and HVOR will sign a binding agreement regarding tag transaction
- Refers to announcement by co in relation to acquisition of all of C&A's issued share capital from Rio Tinto group by Yancoal Australia
