    I see your point but it is quite common that a company gets an ASX aware letter and responds several days later.

    I have seen company's respond upto 4 days later with trading in the company continuing as normal but in this case as the SP had already lost 60% value in 2 days the company should of put it into a halt Friday morning as everyone trading on Friday the 12th were trading in a uninformed market.
