time for a board shakeup

I reiterate my previous post below, I urge all RSG holders to vote for David Guy, the RSG Board and ineffective management need a shakeup :

Are any of you going to vote David Guy of Officium Capital onto the board?

It is my intention to vote him in as we finally have someone whose interests are aligned with us as minority shareholders.

RSG's board needs a shakeup as it is being run by what would appear (in my opinion) to be Duncan Saville's puppets, as he has effectively controlled RSG ever since those prefs converted some years back. Saville does not exactly have a great equity investment track record, and we need to band together to bring a more effective board and management at RSG.

With David Guy being a fund manager I would hope he could bring a more commercial focus to RSG and beef up its investor relations / marketing abilities to promote the company which many of the others (such as OXR) do so well.
