buy ebg and take offer get over 20 percent, page-3

zman, there is something about one taking up to 20% of a company without having to make a take over offer........lots of instos take up to 19.99% for holdings, it was this fact I was referring to.........now another thought, if one wanted to get a parcel of axi, you can buy ebg on market cheaper...........say around .35-37 then take up the offer of one for one and get your axi shares, cheaper than the current .41=.42 cents
I know the 90 % rule etc and not refernce to that
and don't call me a ramper........plenty of real rampers this site but I am not one of them
