Seems OEL has buckleys chance of getting anything from the SWE entity as, well, there's nothing there.
I guess the disputes continue with Swala Tanz, and that doesn't sound too promising either.

I remember the reorganisation being announced as an opportunity to create value for the shareholders considering the developments in the oil market...this does'nt sound like it now...but still praying we will see our money back one way or the other...
