The issuance of 5.6 billion shares $5.6 million is part of DOCA and subscribers are likely to be procured by ECM and associates. As current shareholders, we should be happy that ECM and associates have rescued ERJ so we do not have to face TOTAL LOSS. Let us hope that CR of $5.6 million would be completed soon without delay and so relisting could happen immediately.
