It may be a majority shareholder but wont have any control over the $9 m until this t/o is put to bed.How then is Hugh going to pay for the mill $3.15m by 5th july.Cant de list ibr so remaining holders would have to agree with tmr about where funds are channelled.Tmr wont have any degree of control over ibr it will simply be a major shareholder.Things will stagnate and the sp will ultimately fall.
