Ann: Corporate Governance Statement, page-26

Purely as an observation and obvious points for discussion or even concern for everyone on here is when this all comes down to the fine wire what " IF " :

A) LWP are given a green light for having satisfied all the ASX requirements by the Independent CG lawyer?
B) The shareholder action group cant get sufficient funds to launch legal action or are stalled by inaction?
C) The State Police reports currently underway cant find any criminal or fraudulent behaviour on the part of the Directors?
D) Information currently underway regarding the GraphenEra venture points to lack of due diligence/naivety on the part of the Directors rather than criminal negligence or deceit?

As I have watched this all unfold and done my own research, I now wonder how much attention may eventually be turned back onto the influence of Social media groups that have done a very thorough job to shine the spotlight on LWP for the past 2 years?

Will there be some account brought here...will some LWP shareholders then turn their legal eye and resources back towards Social Media if they cant get their money back from LWP? Will LWP also focus their legal resources in the same direction??

I haven't really seen this addressed or discussed in here, but I do know that there have been instances of it on Hotcopper for example, with other stocks.

I respectfully submit this to you guys to think about. There could be enough data to point a finger or two back towards social media.

You just cant keep getting clearances from the ASX ...time after time after time, if this company is so deceitful...
*Why haven't they just shut their doors?
*Why haven't they gone into trading suspension?
*Why do they still continue to operate with virtually"0" interest?
*Why are they hiring Governance experts if they want to hide stuff?
*Why are there still packets being bought when so much research, conducted by many commentators/shareholders, has been brought to bear against this company??
*Could some of that research be speculative, or guesswork, or even deceitful?? [No accusation here or finger pointing] I have been here for 18 months; so asking.

I think these are fair questions that may need to be considered....

As an oldie...I am asking...
