Without dilution that took place since consolidation our SP would be in 60 cent range.

When SP hits $1 that means without dilution it would be $2 and so on.

This is a risky investment but I do like the odds and the leverage. But with every dilution, my and your leverage is reduced.

I am all for raising capital when required but do it in a way that benefits the shareholders as well. Not just the big investors and the BOD.
Also, I do think that our BOD is one of the best but I truly believe that it is immoral to ignore the people that financed the coy through think and think.

I now have no option to participate, I would love the opportunity to always be given an opportunity to reap the same benefits as the BOD and the institutions.

I think it is wrong.

Every one of us has lost a large percentage of our investment due to dilution since consolidation to date.
