A no vote will see further price weakness and a big cap raise will be required. 1:1 at 10 cents will get you part way there. Or maybe a big placement to a vulture fund at a big discount. Are you all prepared for that??

The calibre of directors being proposed is less than headline grabbing, so this will be a long hard slog for all shareholders.

I'm not sure you are all prepared to wear that pain.

I am but a minor in this, but it is going to be great to watch at any rate.

And if it does happens that they get out without a parachute, I wonder if they will put all that in their LinkedIn profiles too.
