In fact less than half came from the SPP the other came from a placement, and was almost double the price of the current SPP ! Bet those buyers are happy.
"The capital raising comprised $397,500 for 22,714,288 Shares through the Share Purchase Plan (Share Plan) and private placement applications on the same terms as the Share Plan were received for $445,000 for 25,428,573 shares."
The Funds from the last SPP were well received !! kept the salaries going, sorry working capital.
Is this the reason it seems to have been holding around 1 cent.
