Fonterra has used them and still do over the last 18 months

Agree they need to get the business in a strong position and then reveal the way forward

I am not sure they know which direction but they do know the current structure isn't sustainable.

I didn't buy in until recently because I didn't like the structure but given the value I believe exists and the move to a new structure if done right can unlock value
