If OEC can break .26 then next resistance is .30, then from there a possible jump to .55 and with more contracts in the pipe line if they eventuate who knows how hi they will go.Sarich is rumored to have been buying back into company but there has been no change in sub holdings. This alone would to wonders for the sp.
