I'm not sure why most people here are focused on the technology contracts. These wins, while good, won't move the needle in the short term, as the recurring income from maintenance and data needs to grow.
The 'puck' you should be watching is the install rate for the ANPR cameras, and new/renewed contracts. There's not much to find out there on this unfortunately - but that's where one needs to look at.
