re: smithbarney value at $3.60 - singas Excludes SWERF by asigning a zero value going forward - also does not include the 0.30 EPS bump if they get the 30MW kimberly power station ( short list of two and announcement due within 2 weeks as week as a smaller 15MW plant due for construction Q1 o4.
Thus, the $3.60 value was made with DCF without these factors.
