Correct me if I'm wrong. This option is exercisable at 77c on or before 12 months from the issue date. In other words if the SP reaches 77c then it can be exercised without any money purchase. But if is at 60c per share than the loyalty option will cost 17c per share to exercise. Please correct me if I'm wrong..
