Surely that has gone by wayside now
With the new lenders in place as a result of the debt sale by the original bank syndicate in Late March.
I've read some where that S & G were hoping to make a self imposed deadline of announcing the restructuring , which may involve debt for equity swaps with the new lenders .
There seemed to be a bit of excitement on the thread last week ..... about this "deadline"
