    Hi Seamisty,
    I welcome the recent court decision. It was long overdue.
    At this stage, we do not know what effect, if any, this decision will have on ARL. If it does have a material effect on ARL, we will make an announcement to the NSX.
    I share the doubts of some other HotCopper posters that ASIC will recover much money from Mr King and his associates.
