    Good buying opportunity with some EOY tax selling and a little quiet on the news front.

    May go below 38c.

    I hope the recent capital raising is for an immediate value-add acquisition as should have enough $$ in the bank for cash-flow until NSA starts production in Aug/Sep.

    Would be nice to get the reserves statement sooner rather than later!
