If OptionCo are the next best thing and elected as new Board where Cottee is allowed to remain, there will be nothing new except maybe higher fees leaving shareholders wondering wtf.
Cottee must go but ctp needs a board with a forward plan presented to shareholders before being elected and not more high paid bozo's not having the shareholders interest at heart. Shareholdets shouldnt accept new boards on just the basis of trust us! Ctp shareholders have had enough of that.
OptionCo board cannot leave Cottee running the company or even on the board in any role.
The only way to fix this problem is to fix the problem.
Cottee has to go and whoever takes over (other than Mac) will have no easy task ahead with significant fund raising needed with hopefully no trouble from Mac the lender.
