Agree with this.
To me all it is stating is they still have the 'right' which we already new.
And by saying 'preserve' it indicates to me they are trying to keep it as open-ended as possible.
Which allows them to drag it out. which fits in with my theory that the strategy is in holding the 'right' and that's it.
Also with Padlock a touch surprised to seem them more transparently talk about getting back to being an exploration company, only because they haven't divulged that as part of their strategy previously.
I think we'll be selling our SNE 15% after FID with the pre-exemption right attached for further value.
