If management have access to the register, and presumably they do, all they need to do is put a shareholder's name in the computer and it will tell them when that holder was last registered as a holder so I guess that means when the holder last bought or sold. Any shareholder has the right to view the register in the registry office free of charge or you can request to purchase a copy of the full register. I have previously viewed the register in the Sydney registry but it was not presented to me as a list from top to bottom, rather it was a database format.
