Wow....if that is accurate, she just let slip another hint (along with other hints from Farites and Malcy), about what FAR's real intention are, were and has always been.
If they had any real intention of going to arbitration to get PE for those 35%, it would have been done last year, when there was No Activity for months - most of management and staff time could have been focused on that. Now, its "too messy to unravel"....lol...isn't that obvious?!?
In any case, the PE bubble was "Pumped" last year.
Now, its time to let the air out - ever slowly.
