As a listed company, Quintis also has the option
of seeking additional capital from equity markets, including fundraising from existing shareholders and institutional investors and from debt markets.

The quoted document is no longer relevant as Quintis have withdrawn their 2017 retail offering (as of a week ago). They are still offering a product for sophisticated investors. What can we deduce from that?
