Notice to shareholders
1. Tamaya Resources Limited (TMR) has advised that its offer is
unconditional, will not be increased and will close on 31 May 2007.
2. Shareholders intending to accept should do so without delay.
3. TMR announced on 29 May 2007 that it currently holds 81.65% of the
voting shares in IBR and therefore the scrip for scrip roll-over relief on
any capital gain made by selling your IBR shares under the offer will be
available as outlined in Section 7.4 of the Bidder’s Statement.
4. Acceptance of the offer will result in a continued exposure to the
potential of the IBR assets, in addition to the potential of the TMR
assets.
5. Any remaining IBR shareholder not accepting the TMR offer could be
exposed to some or all of the following risks:
�� IBR not being listed on ASX,
�� There being no market for their shares,
�� The possibility of future capital raisings,
�� The loss of economies of scale by being a partly owned
subsidiary of TMR,
�� Having a dominant shareholder.
