Right, KFW/IPEX are very bureaucratic and they like to places new demands again and again. This is a strenuous process.
Frey is technician and he was in our meeting not aware about shareholders Entitlements. So i tried to make clear to him (told the same to Andrew) our situation and lack of clarity, slow flow of information ec.
I think it takes very little - but the ability to communicate openly is important in that phase.
If Andrew could argue objectively a further delay - i am "willing" to accept that, but this kind of leadership opens the way to speculation.
