To be realistic Grant -and I think that this is not how you run your business-It is not a given that the code of ethics and the intent of the law, and indeed honest conduct are adhered to...
I have a feeling that the way people practice law these days does not necessarily follow ethics - indeed it is a game of misinformation- winning manipulating and not actually getting caught- remaining neutral and above it all whilst stirring the pot with a knowing edge.
I sadly believe those that practice law( the emotional type of law) have lost their way through greed- and an objective to win at any cost-a lust for prominence and power. This is how they build profiles and keep themselves employed with continual work, because they make it happen through causing emotional distress through the lack of the lay person's understanding of the law.
Sadly this situation is very familiar to me - Just putting the final touches on my latest response- it is a comedy show of referencing all the misrepresentations and misleading comments - that are frequently inserted as fact- I have progressed to not being outraged at the lack of integrity, and have resolved to doggedly stick to the facts. Your example has been a great learning tool for me - I am grateful to you.
I am not sure what to expect here - I have held companies that have made unexpected CR announcements- as well as watched those that could be anticipated- what I have learned is that it is hard to predict - no matter how much FA knowledge even dates and numbers that one has- the thing that is the unknown is that deals get done behind closed doors- it is what it is - the markets are like that....

This was held up yet again at close - unnaturally so imo - so that means to me someone wants it so-
to allude to - an air of all's well... No wonder all these traders keep popping up asking questions - the chart is misleading- with regard to the FA reality - so that bothers me more....
Any way you watch the portal I will keep an eye on the chart - not sure how long they can keep this up- but it can go on...
